Replaced a 20-yr old massage recliner with this beauty! Needed a unit with lots of features and heat to fit short & tall people (5’3″ & 6’1″). This is an addition to my physical therapy for extensive lower back and foot issues. Deep, intense massage even on lowest settings; found sore spots I didn’t know were there. I like the foot and calf massage, too. Already using this at least twice per day on the Lower Back Mode.Being able to customize the settings is very useful for dual users. Will be testing out the rest of the preset modes in the next couple of weeks.Delivery came in 6 days (Calif. to NC) – and 2 days ahead of the earliest promised date. Great packaging, easy setup – just wheeled into place. The heat is an added bonus, and very soothing on my entire back – better than a small heating pad.

was looking for a low to mid-range price massage chair but with no setup while still having some features (ex. heat, 0 gravity, good customer service, etc). and this was the only chair that looked like it would work on paper. although the first chair arrived with a crack on the left side, the company exchanged the chair quickly at no cost after some calls/e-mails.the honest review of the chair, the parts that i wish could be improved:-less painful back massage: perhaps it could just take some getting used to, but if there were settings to lighten up the pressure of this part, would be great. i added a Just Right Cushion, and it’s ok-the foot massage: the calves part is great for me. but when i flip the foot part down, the sole massage is a bit uncomfortable (can adjust the pressure here or even turn it off). i’m also not very tall, but my knees have to bend quite a bit to use this foot portion. i’ll just stick with the calves section then.but otherwise, this massage chair is what i’ve been looking for since i went to japan yrs ago (they’d have one even in cheap hotel rooms). comfortable, convenient, and low-maintenance.

No dislikes. I like the fact that it was set up right out of the box. I wanted a slim chair that would not take up as much space as most massage chairs do.I had a massage chair before but this for our performs my prior chair. Not only does it provide everything I needed but the price was right.
